Mail-in Ballot and Election Office Information

  • Mail-In Ballot Application Deadline: The deadline to apply for a mail-in ballot is 11 days before Election Day.

  • Mail-In Ballot Received Deadline: The deadline to receive a regular domestic mail-in ballot is by 7:00 pm on Election Day.

  • Overseas Ballot Deadlines: Ballot must be sent for delivery by 7:00 pm on Election Day (proven by postal mark or receipt mark of a carrier or courier) and received by the 5th day after the election.

  • Military Members and Families Deadline: The deadline to receive a ballot from someone who submitted a Federal Postcard Application or “FPCA” and who is a member, spouse, or dependent of a member in the armed forces, Merchant Marines of the United States, Texas National Guard, National Guard of another state, or the Reserves is the 6th day after Election Day.
